Passage for the Desert
During the month of December Lila will also take part in the movie “Passage for the Desert,” where she will be filming and interpreting songs from her musical repertoire. The movie is being directed by the Venezuelan, Mauricio Walerstein (producer of Los Caifanes and Patsy, mi amor). Some of the actors that will be participating are Humberto Zurita and Mónica Dionea among many others. Filming will take place in the ecological reservation of Cuatro Ciénegas, Coahuila, state of Hidalgo and Mexico City.
Lila will conclude the 2009 Black Magic Women tour with a show in the Bay of Banderas located on the Riviera of Nayarit on December 11th (20th Anniversary of the Foundation of the Bay). This is also the start of what will be an intense 2010 that starts in the spring with concerts in some cities of Spain (Malaga, Barcelona, Leganes,Cordoba), Central and South America (San Jose, Buenos Aires, Cordoba, among others), as well as her return to the principal stage of the Summit Tajín in Papantla, Veracruz, Mexico.
There will also be dates happening in the U.S., starting in the Spring and throughout the rest of the year.
